TG has a new portable media player in the form of the Sambo, and it boasts the following specifications for your entertainment purposes :-
- Windows CE 5.0 operating system
- RMI AU 700MHz processor
- 4.8″ 800 x 480 resolution display
- 128MB RAM
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- T-DMB
- Supports MPEG 1/2/4, WMV, ASF, DivX3.1 1/4x/5x, Xvid 1.0 video formats
- Supports MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG audio formats
This will be a Korea-only release priced at 300 Euros. I suppose if someone wants to take it apart, it can actually be turned into a UMPC of sorts, after upgrading the RAM of course. Shame there is no GPS navigation capability within.
