The Alternative Clothes Cleaner concept design by Harsha Vardhan from New Delhi, India, is not only a washing machine that takes a totally different route where design is concerned, it also functions as a large seat for you to rest your tush upon. It will feature active and passive modes, where both allow you to sit on top of it without suffering from a case of jittery butt after a gruelling washing session. There is no need for water or detergent to get your laundry clean, since the inner chamber functions as a pressure washer, cleaning the clothes with ionized air instead. Makes me wonder just how much electricity this consumes assuming it ever makes it to the real world.
