Apple and AT&T will be opening their retail stores early this Friday to account for the time needed for the in-store activation of the new iPhone 3G as well as credit checks. They will be opening at 8.00AM, but as the lines will probably be packed, it would be better to head to a store after working hours (if there is still time) or to just wait till the lines die down in a few days time – just our 2 cents. Should there be two separate lines, one for existing AT&T users and the other for customers needing an AT&T account? What’s your take on this?
