
Dell will allow potential customers to include a 128GB SSD in their purchases instead of a regular hard drive starting from tomorrow, and this move will affect all Latitude, XPS, Alienware, and Precision laptop models. If you prefer to tote around an SSD notebook instead of a regular hard drive based one, be prepared to fork out another $600. If that sounds expensive, look at it this way. That’s the same amount you would have paid a year ago for a 32GB SSD.
