Since you use your iPhone for much more than just making/receiving calls and text messages, it is important to keep it juiced up at all possible moments just in case you have to attend to an emergency call and realized that your battery has been ‘wasted’ on hours of other applications and games. Why not use your DIY knowledge to modify a standard USB charger to charge the iPhone instead? After all, USB chargers are getting more and more common these days, making it a snap to juice up your iPhone wherever you are. Just make sure you have the necessary knowledge before starting this project, and I would advice you to purchase and official charger if you don’t have the intestinal fortitude to go ahead with this…procedure.
