Eee PC 701 4G going for a Dollar

What can a single dollar get you these days? Other than the items on McDonald’s Dollar Menu, not much. Folks in Japan are blessed as they’ll be able to pick up the older Eee PC 701 4G for a mere dollar, albeit having to sign up for a wireless data plan that will set you back between $30 to $65 monthly. Pretty cool considering you get a free device to go online with wherever you are, but then again cell phones in Japan are already so advanced that Internet surfing is considered a normal thing there.
