Garmin Oregon in the Flesh

At last, we don’t have to rely on a pathetic non-image of the Garmin Oregon in a related article. What you see here is the Garmin Oregon 400t, and it is one of many in the Oregon range that will be released by Garmin sometime in the third quarter of the year. All five models will feature a microSD memory card slot and powered by a couple of AA batteries. Below are all five models in slightly more detail.

  • Oregon 200 – Simple basemap, no pre-loaded detailed maps, $479.99
  • Oregon 300 – Worldwide basemap with shaded relief, no pre-loaded detailed maps, $533.32
  • Oregon 400c – Built-in BlueChart g2 coastal charts and a worldwide basemap with imagery, $639.99
  • Oregon 400i – Built-in U.S. Inland Lakes and a worldwide basemap with imagery, $639.99
  • Oregon 400t – Preloaded U.S. topographic maps, 3-D map view and a built-in worldwide basemap with shaded relief, $639.99
