
Hannspree’s well known for their line of quirky TVs, and this time round the HT11 portable TV takes the road less traveled. It comes with a 5:4 aspect ratio which is way different from all those 16:9 TVs that we see flood the market these days. Of course, 5:4 is the equivalent of most computer monitors, so there shouldn’t be any problems sourcing for such parts, allowing Hannspree to keep the price of this low. The HT11 is encased in a glossy black bezel and will retail for £180 when it is out this September. Unfortunately, with most DVD movies being shown in the 16:9 format, I wouldn’t recommend this to avid movie buffs.
