Nintendo has released a new peripheral for the Wii at E3 2008 known as the WiiSpeak microphone. This device targets folks with multiple speaker setups, where Nintendo claims that it will be fully utilized when groups of people in a room are playing and talking to another group located elsewhere on the globe. Sounds like a more glamorous version of a standard headset, but we’ll have to wait for this fall to come around before getting our mitts on WiiSpeak. Shouldn’t cost too much though.
