Fancy using a robot to get a message across at a busy Australian street? That’s exactly what performance artist Momoyo Torimitsu did, letting her robotic middle manager crawl along a busy intersection in Australia, depicting what she calls the “business soldier.” According to Momoyo, “the battery-powered robot is supposed to symbolise the Asian economic crash and Japan’s rigid ‘salaryman’ culture.” The crash came by 10 years ago, he should be walking by now, albeit with a limp IMHO.
