What do you do with all your CDs and DVDs which cannot be read by a machine any longer? Do you just trash those, or use it as some sort of reflective decoration or coaster in your home? Sanwa asks you to stop such inhumane treatment of damaged discs, thanks to the CD-RE1AT device. It will do its best to get the disc readable again, removing offending parties such as dust, fingerprints, and oily spots from the surface of the disc to that skipping, scrambling, and disc loading problems are a thing of the past. Not only does it perform a cleaning process, it will also build a protective layer on the disc to prevent future corruption without grinding it. The Sanwa CD-RE1AT will retail for approximately €50.
