Segway CTO Joins Apple

Doug Field, who was previously chief technology officer at Segway, has joined Apple as vice present of product design. Doug Field is best known of leading the engineering team behind the Segway. With Apple famed for its innovative and beautiful products, it will be interesting to see how this appointment works out, as the Segways weren’t too popular.
