Sharp Has New Electronic Dictionaries

Sharp has a couple of new generation electronic dictionaries known as the Brain PW-AC880 and PW-AC830, for obvious reasons. Both of them will come with an LCD display at HVGA (480 x 320) resolution and 5 colors. The whole idea behind a mere 5 colors is to justify the 80-hour battery life – after all, how many different colors do you need to read your text in? Other features found on both devices include 100MB of internal memory, an SD memory card slot, a handwriting pad and a photo viewer. Won’t see these outside of Japan methinks.
