The Tilted Twister, a LEGO NXT robot which can solve Rubik’s cube without the help of a PC. A very interesting video (in the full post) actually(for those geeky enough to find it interesting). The Tilted Twister uses an ultrasonic sensor to read the colors of the faces on the cube, calculates the moves needed to solve the cube and Voila! Rubik’s cube is solved. Though its obviously no match for a real human being or a PC-helped robot, it is fascinating to see what a simple robot can go with a little thinking and creativity.
