Wibrain’s upcoming I1 UMPC is tipped for an October release, and it will come equipped with HSDPA connectivity to help you stay connected virtually wherever you are, as long as you pay your monthly subscription bills and do not live in Timbuktu. Sharing many a resemblance with the B1 series, you will get a WWAN antenna, an SD memory card slot, and a slightly different finish this time round. Powered by Intel’s Atom processor, you will be able to choose from 1.1GHz (Z510) or 1.33GHz (Z520) options. There is no word on pricing, but expect the hard drive-based version to retail for a whole lot cheaper compared to the 64GB SSD model.
