01 Phone Could Pose Strong Challenge To iPhone 3G

Everyone and their dog knows that the iPhone as well as iPhone 3G clearly sparked off a frenzy never seen before where cell phones are concerned, but the 01 Phone could be the first non-Apple handset to do so – assuming it isn’t just a concept or a rumor. The list of specifications are definitely droolworthy as you can see for yourself :-

• 5 megapixel camera
• 3G connectivity
• 32GB internal flash memory
• Laser keyboard (yuck)

I wouldn’t really want the laser projected keyboard due to the lack of tactile feedback, but it is logically much easier to type a few hundred words with such a keyboard compared to a traditional QWERTY keypad.
