Alcatel doesn’t really make the cut when it comes to high end cell phones, but they do have some pretty reliable mid-range handsets. The V212 is another one of those workhorse-class phones which come in a funky pattern – that of a zebra. It will retail for a mere £14.99, and is a pay-as-you-go phone. Don’t expect to surf the Web or perform online shopping with this, and you’ll be happy to know that it is good enough to make/receive both phone calls and text messages.
