
Bluegiga has released a new access point known as the AP3201, bringing a reliable and secure Bluetooth wireless connection wherever and whenever you need it. It will rely on Bluegiga’s iWRAP Bluetooth software platform along with their own Linux distribution so that both integrators and developers are able to adapt the device into just about any Bluetooth networking application. Inside the AP3201 one will find Bluegiga’s WT11 Bluetooth 2.0/2.1+EDR module offers a range of more than 150 meters without sacrificing on performance. Each AP3201 comes with an integrated Ethernet interface and USB connector. You can choose from four different models – integrated antenna, with external antenna, OEM version without the housing, and custom versions for different software parameters.
