DLO HomeDock HD Pro

DLO’s has leapt into the world of High Definition with the HomeDock HD Pro. This dock will be on display at CEDIA Expo 2008, allowing clients to view iPod content on their HDTV, although you wouldn’t really get great looking movies since the iPod’s resolution is way below High Definition standards. It will receive upconversion treatment from the HomeDock HD Pro though, touching base with 1080i or 720p via an HDMI connection, but that isn’t good enough compared to native HD resolutions. Other features include IR output for compatibility with universal remotes as well as enhanced on-TV interface for easier navigation. No idea on pricing, but the DLO HomeDock HD Pro will be out this fall.
