Epson Imaging has been working on a new 4″ high-resolution low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT LCD display that features Photo Fine Premia technology, bringing a wide viewing angle and a wide color range to the masses once this display is incorporated across a range of devices. According to Epson, this new display is able to produce beautiful images despite being viewed from an angle of 80 degrees regardless of the position – from the top, bottom, left, or right. It is also able to cover 94% of the Adobe RGB color gamut. Photo Fine Premia will bring together Epson Imaging Device’s Photo Fine Vistarich wide viewing angle technology as well as the Photo Fine Chromarich wide color gamut technology for the best image quality possible, be it still or moving images from virtually any angle.
