The FCC has just approved the Nokia 2680 slider model, and images of the handset show an AT&T logo so you know who you’ll need to hook up with if you want to bring home this baby. The Nokia 2680 slider will be a low-end handset, but it should be enough to get your kid through college – at least for the first year, where he/she will start bothering you for an iPhone 3G shortly thereafter. Other features are pretty rudimentary, including an integrated FM radio, music playback capability and a low-end camera (I’m guessing 1.3 megapixels or less).
