The Nintendo DS Lite does not need any introduction, and the portable console has sold phenomenally well since its launch regardless of whether there is a huge title being released for it or not. With Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars recently announced, you can be sure this will be a system seller. Apparently some information was leaked about the title only to be removed shortly afterwards by instruction from Rockstar, the title’s publishers. This might or might not be a publicity stunt, but I don’t think there is any need to sensationalize the issue since the GTA franchise itself is solid enough to move plenty of titles on its own without additional fanfare. If you haven’t yet owned a DS Lite, will this title make you rush out and purchase one?
