Word has been floating around that Deutsche Telekom is contemplating on an Amazon Kindle rival, with a test run being planned in Berlin this fall with a few dozen prototypes being put through the paces. No idea on how much the price of this new device would be, nor whether it will come with superior/inferior hardware specifications. What’s your take on the situation? Does the Kindle need a worthy rival (or more) to help give the e-book industry a boost?
