Logitech have announced that it will be acquire Ultimate Ears for $34 million in cash, and the acquisition is expected to close in August. Ultimate Ears are the long-established leaders in custom in-ear monitors, which are popular amongst on-stage professional musicians. Said acquisition will allow Logitech to expand its portfolio of digital audio products, which can only be good for consumers. It’ll be quite interesting to see the fruits of this acquisition.
