Maxian PMP heads for IFA

Maxian has a brand new portable media player (PMP) that is ready to be unveiled at IFA, featuring the following specifications :-

• 4.3″ WVGA display at 800 x 480 resolution
• Supports Divx, Xvid, MPEG, WMV7/8/0, H.264, MKV, MP2, MP3, MP4, WAV, OGG, AC3, AAC, FLAC, APE, MKA (HD 1280 x 720px) formats
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• DVB-T compatibility

Hmmm, available in 30GB and 60GB models, do you think this will usurp the iPod touch’s position in the market. Probably not, since it lacks the killer software support.
