
MSI jumps straight into the gaming platform with its new Intel Centrino 2-based notebooks known as the GX720 and GX620. Both models are nearly the same when it comes to specifications, where the latter has a smaller 15″ display compared to the former’s 17″ viewing area. In addition, the GX720 has double the amount of speakers and a subwoofer compared to the GX620′s two. Other specifications found on both models include :-
- Intel Core 2 Duo processor
- Turbo overclocking button
- Up to 4GB DDR2 RAM (upgradeable)
- nVidia GeForce 9600M GT 512MB graphics
- 320Gb hard drive
- Draft-N wireless
- Blu-ray drive option
There is no word on pricing or availability, but it ought to be out pretty soon.
