
Word has it that Apple might be prepping new Cinema Displays to debut at next year’s Macworld conference in January. These same rumors also reveal that the new range of Cinema Displays won’t rely on cold cathode fluorescent backlights (CCFLs) but lean towards LED backlights instead, showing Apple’s effort to help keep the environment green by getting rid of mercury while the situation remains “technically and economically feasible.” What do you think?
