Most things that are miniaturized often look cooler and cuter, so the same can be said for these Philips LivingColor lamps that have undergone the shrinking process. Hopefully these new models will be more successful than its larger predecessor. It will have a much lower color range (256 colors) compared to the original which boasts up to 1,000,000 colors. The remote control has also gone missing – perhaps it has shrunk to the size of an atom? Anyways, the new mini Philips LivingColor lamps will be out sometime in December, retailing for approximately $168 a pop.
