If you were to tell me 10 years ago that cell phones will one day be powerful enough to run Photoshop, I would think that the resident looney house is missing an inmate. Fast forward a decade and you have Photoshop Mobile – although the name is pretty misleading since it doesn’t allow any photo editing, but is actually an online storage service. Photoshop Mobile brings 5GB of free storage space to anyone with a Photoshop.com account ID. Folks who fall under the Photoshop Plus category will get four times that amount. Currently, compatible phones include Motorola Q9m/h, Samsung Blackjack I/II, and Palm Treo 750w/700w/wx. Support for other handsets (such as the iPhone, Pearl and RAZR) will come next month. I guess this is great for folks who snap plenty of images on their cell phones and are too lazy to transfer it over to a computer.
