Sharp has a new range of LCD TVs for the masses, this time courtesy of the E-Series. The models won’t come in eye-popping large sizes though, targeting cramped and petite rooms that more and more people have to deal with as cities get overpopulated. The LC-20E5 and LC-16ES measure 20″ and 16″ respectively, with both of them sharing the following :-
- 1,366 × 768 resolution
- 450 cd/m2 brightness
- Contrast ratio of 1,200:1
- Viewing angle of 178 degrees
- Dual TV tuners (analog and digital)
- Ethernet jack
- Automatic brightness adjusting sensor
Both models will hit retail stores in Japan by September 10th onwards, with the 16″ and 20″ models going for $850 and $950, respectively.
