Sonos released a couple of ZonePlayers for the masses – the ZP90 and ZP120. The latter has gone to the fat house, experiencing an intense session that saw its size shrink to 57% of the original. As for the ZP90, that device functions as a receiver to stream music wirelessly. Both the ZP90 and ZP120 rely on MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology, effectively doubling their range when compared to previous iterations. Perfect for those living in large mansions, although most ordinary folk in apartments won’t find the extended range to be of any benefit. The ZP90 and ZP120 will retail for £249 and £349, respectively.
