Sony Xross Fade DJ System

Sony has unveiled a dual iPod dock kit that targets those who have a penchant for mixing songs, in the form of the Xross Fade DJ system. It comes with some interestingly designed bass reflex speakers in addition to dual subwoofers, but when it comes down to the crunch, don’t expect the Xross Fade DJ system to perform according to expectations. Features are pretty standard – assuming you’re stuck way back in the early 2000s, where cue and crossfading between songs were the in-thing at that time. Nowadays, that can be done with a PC and a decent amount of knowledge with iTunes. Still, if you’re all about flash and looks, the Sony Xross Fade DJ system will retail for $500.
