This X10 GPS watch from Suunto is said to be a significant upgrade from the X9i. Suunto claims that it has better battery life and a better GPS reception that makes the X10 capable of computing your position, even in dense foliage (or high-rise buildings?). It is most useful to record the route that you took during a trip/trek, but it can also be used as an altimeter, digital compass, thermometer and barometer if you ever need to.
