Tascam GT-R1 Recorder

Tascam’s latest guitar/bass recorder, the GT-R1, will be available in Japan this August 26th, enabling guitar fiends to make a recording of their parts to be played back on the computer or iPod at a later period. It comes with a direct guitar/bass input and will feature an SDHC memory card slot, a 128 x 64 LCD backlit display, and a guitar/bass trainer that allows you to slow down the speed of audio playback without experiencing a change in pitch so that you remain on track to get those tricky parts right. Other features include an integrated multi effect and 55 preset rhythm patterns. All playback and recording are done in MP3/WAV formats. The Tascam GT-R1 recorder is tipped to retail for around €200.
