Tatung VoIP Concept

I’m pretty amazed that the Tatung VoIP handset, winner of the 2008 IF, IDEA and Red Dot awards has not yet moved from the conceptual stage to production. With a handset as sexy as this, you are bound to see many more people jumping onto the VoIP bandwagon if only just to be seen chatting away on one. The casing of the Tatung VoIP can be customized, and the antenna is fake albeit included to add a touch of nostalgia. There is so far not a single VoIP phone as good looking as the Tatung VoIP, so will a hardware manufacturer do the right thing and adopt this design as soon as possible?
