Tony Hawk DS Could Have Motion Controls

Is the DS evolving to become a mini Wii? I don’t think so, but that doesn’t mean rumors of a motion-and-tilt sensing control scheme won’t be used on an upcoming Tony Hawk game for the DS platform.

A new game has appeared at the Australia Ratings Classificatiosn board (OFLC) and it’s called “Tony Hawk’s Motion’ which carries a G rating. Activision has previously said that this game will launch a with a new technology that has not been seen on the DS yet. So we’re speculating that such a technology could be a motion/titlt sensor…

Won’t tilting the screen frantically make it hard to see what’s going on? Hopefully the action won’t be all that fast and it will be as playable as Super Monkey Ball.
