If you love sake, the traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage, then you will definitely fall head over heels with this David Ngo-inspired transparent sake container design. Dubbed “Toumei” which means ‘clear’ in Japanese, it feature a built-in LED light that illuminates the level of sake left within the carafe. This light makes it easier for staff to see whether there is enough sake left to go around, and it can also be used as a signal to top up the carafe. Would love to see my local watering hole adopt such a concept in the future.
