Has Christmas come early for some? Guess so, with Amazon dropping the price of its Sony BDP-S300 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player to just $199.98 in order to clear its inventory. This price cut is significant as the previous retail figure stood at $299.99 after dropping $100 from its original retail price. The BDP-S300 will sell at $199.98 as long as there is stock, so pony on over there if you want a Blu-ray player although I would seriously recommend a PS3 instead.
