D-Link Media Externder Supports Flash

D-Lin’s DivX Connected media extender has just received the beta release of PC server software version 1.4), allowing users to stream select Flash-based video sites from the Internet and via the PC to your TV courtesy of the $230 DSM-330.This new feature that allows both Flash audio and video to launch via DivX Connected plug-ins mean only one thing – multimedia mad fans are now able to cut themselves loose on a huge library of content that is currently available, and this movement shows no sign of slowing down in the near future. I’m pretty excited to see what kinds of new plug-ins are available with the release of version 1.4, and surely fans of YouTube and Dailymotion will clamor for more.
