Fukato Datacask Netbook

Fukato’s new netbook, the Datacask is much more powerful than what was offered in the past, and one of the most notable improvements is the change of processor from a lowly AMD Geode LX 500MHz processor to Intel’s Atom 1.6GHz processor. Other specifications include :-

  • 10.2″ LCD display at 1,024 x 600 resolution
  • 160GB hard drive
  • Choice between Linux and Windows

The remaining specifications are expected to be within the industry standard. The Linux box will cost around 369 Euros, while the Windows-powered model will require you to fork out another 30 Euros.
