The title might sound rather out of place at first glance, but what T-Mobile means is, they will be offering the Gmail service without adding on to any data charges. This sounds generous at first glance, but then again that wouldn’t really matter if you’re subscribing to an unlimited data line, right? Of course, since we all know that nothing is free in this world, there will be ads in your Gmail but at least initial reports have claimed these ads to be non-intrusive. That’s pretty good – let’s hope that Google keeps it that way.
Update: This is just a rumor and has been denied by T-Mobile.
