HiVision miniNote Netbook

Just when you thought that computers could not get any cheaper than the OLPC XO laptop, along ambles the HiVision miniNote netbook. This Linux-powered device comes with a MIPS-based processor to run all the proceedings, and is supported by other features such as a SDHC memory card reader, Firefox browser support, an Abiword processor and is pre-loaded with Skype to help you keep in touch with friends and family when abroad without having to pay through your nose for phone calls. Other specifications include Wi-Fi connectivity, 1GB of internal memory (bummer, good thing there is that SDHC memory card slot for expansion options), Ethernet, a trio of USB 2.0 ports and audio in/out.
