HP has a brand new digital photo frame for the masses – the df1000. This model has 10.4″ of viewing real estate, while those on a tighter budget can always opt for the squint-worthy 3.5″ df300a1. The former will come with a 800 x 600 resolution, 512MB of internal memory, video playback capability (MPEG-1/4) and PictBridge functionality that lets you print to a compatible photo printer without the need for a computer. As for the df300a1, this model places more emphasis on photos and does not have video playback capability. It will have a resolution of 320 x 240 and relies on SD/MMC memory cards to store your favorite digital memories. The df300a1 and df1000 will retail for $59 and $219, respectively.
