HP To Shut Down VoodooPC?

The rumor mill is working overtime, and this time round we have word that HP might be shutting down VoodooPC – the very same company that HP bought a couple of years ago to take advantage of their expertise in gaming hardware. Apparently, an internal email circulated among HP employees claim that some VoodooPC employees will be out of a job, and knowing just how few employees under that unit have, it could imply a total shutdown. This would come as no surprise if true since VoodooPC products are notoriously expensive despite offering the best of the best, with prices starting from $6,000 upwards, and hence being difficult to sell. Whatever the outcome, remember that this is but a rumor.
