HTC has not forgotten about its lower end touch screen-based smartphones such as the HTC Touch Viva (also known as the Opal) and HTC Touch, offering the TouchFLO 2D user interface – a toned down version of the TouchFLO 3D user interface that is found on the HTC Touch Diamond. These user interface visualizations are practically flattened versions of the TouchFLO 3D UI, and feels a whole lot like its 3D counterpart. The TouchFLO 2D has already been tested on a range of HTC smartphones, so chances are even an older HTC device is able to handle this without much hassle.
