Looks like the BlackBerry Pearl 8220 will also make an appearance in Italy this time round courtesy of TIM, and the 8220 will offer the following specifications :-
- 2 megapixel camera
- EDGE and Wi-Fi connectivity (what, no 3G?)
- Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE
- 240 x 320 resolution internal display
- 128 x 160 resolution external display
- MP3 playback
- Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity
- 128MB internal memory
- microSD memory card slot
Not too impressive judging by the specifications, so if you want something more entertainment oriented, kindly give the Pearl 8220 a pass. It ain’t too cheap either at 269 Euros, but I guess businesses won’t mind forking out slightly more to keep their employees connected.
