Philips LCD TV Changes Frames

Just like Nokia’s Xpress-on covers for their cell phones many years ago, Philips is introducing interchangeable frames for its new Flavors line of LCD TVs that come in 22″, 32″ and 42″ flavors. The 42″ model will pack in the following :-

  • Full HD resolution (1080p)
  • 30,000:1 contrast ratio
  • 5ms response time
  • 500cd/m2 brightness
  • Two HDMI ports

Each purchase comes with 2 frames that are held up by magnets, and you can choose to order more for every day of the week if you’re the fickle type. The 22″, 32″ and 42″ models will retail for €549 ($803), €799 ($1,168) and €1,199 ($1,754), respectively.
