
At long last, the SlingPlayer Mobile version is now compatible with the UIQ interface on Motorola and Sony Ericsson handsets that run on Symbian operating systems. This application will enable Slingbox users to “watch and control their home TV from a network-connected mobile phone.” I’m not too sure whether I would want anything to do with such a small display – my eyes would be the first thing to go after squinting at a show for an hour or so, and I would need both visual organs to function at their optimal level if I were to remain in my job.
