Just when you thought you could not get any more “budget” than with the first Asus Eee PC 701, along comes news of an Eee PC 701SDX model that has been previously unheard of. Since it comes with a relatively tiny 7″ display and misses out on a webcam, chances are it won’t surpass the $300 price point. No specifications concerning the Eee PC 701SDX have been released as at press time, but speculations abound that this could be an Atom powered netbook, with 4GB or 8GB worth of storage space thrown in for good measure.
