Asus has finally confirmed a shipping date of November 1 in the US for its super thin Eee PC S101. Well, I’m pretty sure you’ve already memorized the specifications after having it in your sights for quite some time already, but just in case you haven’t gotten everything down to pat, here is the list.

• 2.3 pounds
• Intel Atom N270 processor
• 1GB RAM
• 16GB SSD and 30GB hard drive

• Windows XP Home Edition

You can choose from copper brown or graphite colors, and the Asus Eee PC S101 will retail for $699.
